I would like this matter escalated to a supervisor or manager for further review and consideration of a refund

J'ai acheté ce collier en forme de croix pour me souvenir de ma mère, et je n'aurais pas pu être plus satisfaite. La taille du pendentif est parfaite et la gravure est magnifique. J'ai choisi la chaîne de 24 pouces, qui se place parfaitement au milieu de ma poitrine, et l'épaisseur de la chaîne se marie très bien avec la croix. La qualité générale et la finition ont dépassé mes attentes, et le pendentif est à la fois significatif et élégant à porter.

Love the color and length is perfect; i can just slip it on and off woth using the clasp. The chain is the right width for the cross. I do wish it had a bit more weight to it. Overall, great product and well see how it lasts with daily use.
