Comme je l'ai mentionné, j'ai adoré le bracelet. Malheureusement, je voulais commander celui dans lequel je pouvais mettre les cendres de ma femme, mais j'ai fait une erreur et j'ai commandé celui qui n'avait pas de compartiment. Je n'ai pas pu le retourner car je l'avais fait graver. C'est ma faute.
Ce bracelet est magnifique ! Solide, bien fait, et mon mari l'adore ! Nous reviendrons pour en acheter d'autres !

Le bracelet en lui-même est vraiment cool, mais il tombe trop souvent au niveau du fermoir, donc... il ne peut pas le porter.
Changez le type de fermoir, car celui qui est actuellement utilisé s'ouvre dès qu'il subit le moindre choc, ce qui le rend impossible à porter.
The chain itself is lovely, however, I followed the size chart to make sure it would fit my boyfriend and it came too small. I emailed customer support to see if they could sell me extra links or had any suggestions on how I could make it fit him and all I got was an AI response saying that as it was customized there was nothing they could do. This is just disappointing for me as I followed the chart correctly and just wanted to make sure I had something nice for my boyfriend. I did not except a replacement, only had hopes that thy would help me in some way to figure out a solution.

I got this bracelet, thinking it was the one with the urn in it. It came. It’s too small. I measured my wrist three times with a measuring tape the night before I ordered. I’ll give it to my great grandson. But then I order the one with the urn in it and it came and it’s too big. Again measured my wrist. I don’t even know how many times I measured it. I kept putting the phone down and measuring my wrist. Anyway, the craftsmanship is cool except there are very sharp edges. I bought it so I could wear it all the time with my wife’s ashes, but I can’t wear it all the time because if I’m wrestling around with my grandson, it’s gonna cut him up. Do a little grinding on the corners. Make the cavity for the urn bigger to hold more ashes. The clasp that releases the bracelets sticks up so you can push it down to release the bracelet from your wrist. That part is sharp. So I’ve told you all the bad things about it. Let’s talk about the good. I do like the fit and finish. I like the gloss coating they have on it. I scratched it against a tree outside and saw that they left some marks, but I rubbed them right out. I don’t know if it’s gonna continue to be that way for scratches, but it is right now. The engraving or lasering in this case is OK but you can run your finger now throw it and almost scrape, or what feels like scraping off of the lettering. I would not order again. I might order other stuff from their site because I’ve seen things that are good on there. I just would not buy these again.
